So I had a totally unique and relaxing weekend! On Saturday evening we were on the SWR3 Dance Night at Adelsheim. It was quite ok, even the music was amazing White pretty well. You could even dance to good * g * And there was also little children and not there. The funniest was that night, but when we tried such a stupid SWR3 moose have to win. The critters are ugly way to increase pott ^ ^ To our chances we have the cards with iwelchem shit like: Sailor Moon, robbers Hotzlplotz, Hello Kitty, ... required. But unfortunately we have no pott won ugly moose. Well for that we have read aloud from the Moritz eckligen Sexkontaktanzeigen ^ ^ I just say "man with a long fuse looking woman you can pop up even after the New Year yet. Thanks to those who were there (Calu, Bambi, Andy, Sonja + Pain, Chriss, Arnie ,...) Oh and I must say thank you to Arnie, who was kind enough to explain to me how with all the lightning works with cameras. Mennoh I finally want my great camera!

Of course I am a few pounds less would not hurt, but oh well I feel as comfortable as I usually am. ^ ^ I've never been skinny and'll probably never be one, I do eat a lot to like ... When spring is I do but again little more sport I've made up my mind! Now only 3 days to Christmas * * yippieh And this year I broke my curse, because I've finally found something clever for my parents, I can give them.
Oh yes to all of the black night, on 24.12. come, I have something really funny thought about it for this evening because so many had discussed in the "Black Night" Forum of WKW about funny actions for Christmas. I hope I'll meet you all there on my little "surprise "!!!! XD

On Thursday in Mula, I was again asked for my name, where he comes from and what it means exactly. The name Adriane is Italian and comes from the sea "Adria". Assuming that, by the Greek name Adriadne, it means my name translates to "The Lovely". I have often searched for the meaning of my name and in books and on some Web sites displayed a second meaning, which is exactly the opposite of the Greek translation, namely "The Dark" (By the way live in the U.S. about 1000 women with this name). I find these two translations to meet me in character very well because I like every person, these two parts in me. In the last 9 months, however, the dark side took me out of hand, because I just was not myself and I'm being influenced by a person too much, because I had loved him and wanted to give everything for him what I had. Well what am I to say great?
I'm with the current situation much, much happier and not too sad to be honest. That was also another positive experience in my life because people can not change the long term and not someone like me who has very much patience can appear to move in other people something. Certainly I am also to blame, but I never want to hurt someone. Somehow this is strange, because I do not think I'm with my joy and my childish, naive humor a bad person. Of course I respond still wrong in many conflict situations, run someone I love ever after until he thinks I was a natural for him, but that I made in the past even more broken. The best was still the Game, "Wolf Moon", which we have played this evening. Actually, I do not like playing RPGs boxes * rofl * but the game was really awesome. So everyone gets a card at the beginning and on the map is what you then play a character must either werewolf or villagers. Then, says the "referee" of the game: "The village falls asleep" so everyone does to the eyes. Then it says "The werewolves are waking up and looking for their next victim." The people where werewolves are, therefore, seek out a victim and then killed. Then wake up and all players have to discuss who is a werewolf and a villager. This has led to this evening on great discussions. And I was twice burned innocent, even though I have sooo mad constantly protested my innocence! ^____^ It is now Friday night and I'm really tired today because I had to work overtime (for 1st time * g *), but fortunately I'll soon leave and Christmas is in 7 DAYS !!!!!!!! * * WaaaaH

Cera has honored. :) It was really fun, especially the trip to the Rock House, where we have looked at together with Georg and Christian + annex the Local Heroes. The first band has fully convinced us, unfortunately, put the rest out as a hardcore, so what now is sooooo not quite our style of music. For that we met on the way back to Boris and David who were traveling in caught mulled wine. xD Just then it started to snow - now we have the white season is finally achieved. This has certainly felt the same camera Cera, who abandoned completely due to this condition the mind ... Höhö, a high on the technology.
Okay, I have to already concluded there awaits a homework for me. : D

Ok today we have 09 December 2009, then another 15 days and I love Christmas since I was 3 years old (as far as I can remember), but every year I just do not know what should I give away. Especially with my parents and my friend is the Each year a disaster: (So far I only know what I give Calu (Oh I'm Calu with your gift already started, ran so shut up time, Schatzi ^ ^) Well I hope that I will grab it next weekend! to finally be time to buy some Christmas gifts. But normally I'm a person of that makes the last second because only thing that occurs to me. Well, every year, the same game XDD I know that the last few months were difficult for all of us. ... Somehow each of us has changed his way and whites, as that's just ... However, I would like a piece of back to my Unbekümmerheit related to return to live with me and my loved ones in line to be able to. Here I would like to thank especially a person (name not revealed), which has me on the last Sunday (06 December 2009) sent a total love mail. I quote from * cough *:
Time with you was / is really nice to you you have always something to laugh and even if one does not, it seems, everything is shit , e, hopeless ... you're there for you.
You are outwardly full of life always in a good mood, but I think you also have another side that is sad and very vulnerable. And I do not know if I can handle this page .... or you hurt a lot more ....

Specialized Crossroads

Woah, somehow I find no sleep tonight, even though I "get up" in about three hours already and again. Seminars with compulsory attendance at early morning nerves. Anyway, dark circles are indeed very stylish. , P
In recent days, a lot has happened. As I wrote, there was a moderation in our workshop, have been looking at the new spokesman for Uniradio are. Surprisingly, they chose to include me. Two weeks ago I was, quite spontaneously the first time in my life from a professional mic and have moderated in a real local radio. I was really excited as hell, but had since our team has been responsible for the program also have been employed until the last second, I hardly had time for me to stress yourself. Accordingly, everything went really great too, because I would have again made too many thoughts. It's definitely time a completely new experience and I hope that I can take with them a few things. :) Otherwise
recognized me the university is still pretty, which makes itself felt especially in guitar playing. I'm barely at that. This is really stupid, I'm feeling really rusty. But that could be because I've now been a while no longer a teacher, because Luke has emigrated to America. I need to urgently seek times to make the socks and a new ... Japs, and otherwise? I just looked at my list that I had planned for the beginning of the year. Somehow I managed not many things again. But just such moments as funny now, because you have fixed themselves snatcher such a thing to push her for ages before him to, and easy to make. Around without much thought. I guess that would be generally once a good idea. Let's see, maybe I can still put some points from the list.
I also have regained the right desire to draw. Friday is day of lectures, I might make because finally some new sketches. Last Tuesday I have chosi and by the way, because "Global Learning" not "so much has rocked" (original quote), marked a new Diablo comic. Unfortunately, it is now being chewed in the dog basket from his four-legged housemate. But the old parts have real tradition ... Just like the mulled wine. We were twice really well at the Christmas market. : D
keyword alcohol ... Last Friday did I geskypet with Marcus, the herumgurkt just for a year in Manchester. They have really a nice flat there all day and seem to only drink rum. Apparently even xD gibts da 'nen house service that brings the stuff to the front door. Without words ... * Lol *

roll at the moment everything so there - it is doing rather too much at the university, but a few words I was able to put behind me. Today we had another Uniradio the ORF studio ... Was really funny, even though the workshop has also brought a lot. As two new radio hosts are looking for, do the course instructor from the collected votes until Tuesday to choose who is allowed to carry out the upcoming shows. Already inspired, as some people can talk cool. I must say that it is nervous only because of the thick micro. xD But I was excited about what can tease out the whole Technikkrams from your own voice.
Also we have talked together in private, it will be on 20 November will definitely be Sonata Arctica . For this month has to offer at least gray highlight. As I'm looking forward to watching the Finns! : D

Perhaps some of you have heard on the news since last week at many universities in Austria filled the lecture halls in order to better study conditions . protest Even here in Salzburg, a hard core has been formed. Today the working group activism has a banner hung at the fort that may remain with the consent of the local line all day.

Summary: Rock Harz Open Air 2009
Today I finally found time to write the long overdue report on the Rock Harz Open Air. The five days were just awesome and it is hard for me to take in all the right words. Okay, one might say: It was damn hot! Lots of wacky events, great people, crazy Flash's laugh and huge bands. At a festival you live simply encapsulated in its own world, to which one yearns for weeks later. So that was it, the ROA 2009 ... ; D
8th July, Wednesday - "Stop writing and start partying"
The approach designed by train is quite entertaining, because I already en route with several like-minded people in the compartment and sat myself entertained, but funny enough, we are then run throughout the festival no longer on the road - or just unconscious. But more on that later. ; D 'Anyway, I finally had to get in way of life and found shocked that I was suddenly pretty much alone on a tiny piece of railway station in the middle of nowhere. Somehow, only two houses in further to see distance, so that arose in me already suspected that I got out wrong - but the place seems really small. Anyway, I saw some packed types are on arrival and departure schedule and thought I'd ask the time, as it looks, because that seemed the same goal as I have to. But as I got closer, it turned out that it was Peter ... x) We wanted to take first in Quedlinburg, but somehow we were sitting the whole Time in the same train without checking it. * Gg * That was already going well. ^ ^
threatening While thick clouds passed over our heads, so we opened the first 0.5 he waited for that day and on the connecting train. By then it went to Quedlinburg, where we nearly missed the exit because a certain gentleman sat too long in the loo ... xD At the station we threw ourselves a little snack once a (good sausage, I can only recommend), but by us, the bus drove away Ballenstedt before the nose: quite fatal, because the next one should first hour and a half . roll in. In this way we arrived but still fast and free by Ballenstedt, where the Rock Harz should take place on an airport. From there he went first to the campground. Then also arrived fog (Julie) , Axel and Vicky , with whom we have - built the plane - with the active help of our neighbors. The next morning started the actual festival. The campground was filled by the afternoon steadily and finally burst at the seams, so that some were even forced to stay outside the campground. Apparently, the organizers had miscalculated something because when it came to those arriving. Our neighbors off early on the boxes, and I glanced to Renko over, while the others were still asleep. We both had to struggle with the aftermath of last night, but this was the first day has been pure fun. I learned the way until the last day that fog had great headache there. x)
Anyway, for general and sobering up, due to various plans ("Let's turn the cross!"), we decided, since it would take a while for the first Bands played, make a trip to the nearby Devil's Wall. In the place still a nice salute to the troops with the megaphone who may well have tucked the whole festival of homemade beer in addition to their shower and all the people that have run past them said. xD was on the way to the wall there is a bunch of cherry trees, so the hike took a little in length. ("Whoa, let us try it!") Vicky and fog were also a few with, to later create a Vodka-O-cherry punch, which I've kind of gotten just a sip - FAE ; just filled me on Sun x) The fresh air my head was definitely more than good. Meanwhile Hagen had turned up, also had rented Martin as a permanent guest with us ("Dark the other side is ... Shut up, Yoda! Eat thy toast"). Then at last began
the fun part of the day. :) We left the festival site and reached in time for the appearance of Fiddler's Green the dark stage. Who then rocked the crowd well and brought to the boil. Particularly amusing I found the improvised "Wall of soft-folk. This was followed The Schroeder, a punk band that I did not know until then. Pretty solid performance, which are quoted sometimes we heroes remembered ("More And More"), but the highlight was the end of their set. As the front man asked if anyone in the audience could play guitar. Several hands rose up in the air and then suddenly they came for Axel to the stage, before the assembled audience was allowed to play an entire song. Fucking hot number! :) This must surely be a great feeling to play for so many people. I was really pleased for him.
This was followed by the appearance of the First Base . Huh, I was not at first sure whether the general on a Metal Festival may exist. But I was very pleasantly surprised. It was great to see how they fueled the crowd and you could see the Austrians, it was a special appearance to them. Hats off, great show. The cult is, I can only recommend. ;) Made the final then JBO of which I've only watched the first pieces because I'm simply too tired (Yes, the whole fresh air ...). So I toddles back to the campground and was suddenly faced a huge problem: There is no single floodlight was on the whole area. I knew more, that our tent was about the height of the devil's wall cross, but that's it for now. It took an hour until I finally found it - a lot of bruises, including, thanks to various canvas tent ... Fortunately, I was not the only lost and we drank a beer spontaneously before we continued the search. Hannah, I hope you have found your tent yet! xD
Shortly after I finally sat in a sleeping bag, it even turned to Peter. Everything I know about that night anymore because I'm eventually dived into the realm of dreams, but gave the other loudly there is still a very funny anecdote that night. The next day I felt like I was reborn and was early on the legs, especially since Peter and I wanted to look at the young Metaler of Battle Creek that already played in the afternoon. But unfortunately we just missed - had breakfast too long. xD Instead, now was a whole pack Metalcore announced, a genre with which I can somehow start anything. Therefore Isolated , Cripper and DTA roared past us in passing, while we the merch stands scouring at the festival site. We also met by chance on Ducky and Stefan von Schandmaul, which rooted just by a couple of CDs. :) Even the great couch pillows at the concession stand were not to be despised.
rested, we went to Heidevolk that count for me the highlights of this year's Rock Harz. Damn great show! The Dutch Folk Metal boarded with swords and shields the stage before they let go a real Paganfeuerwerk. :) Partying until total exhaustion! :) Then played Nachtgeschrei to which I was also pretty great. I was however disappointed by the following two bands, Troll and anger. The former was still at least the guy with the tambourine a certain style factor, but overall it sounded rather flat. Maybe it was also at the Soundabmischung, but because I had expected more.
moment later followed Coppelius that emerged after a few minutes as cool. I am anyway a fan of bands that hammer out a metal with classical instruments sound quality, but here also came up in an outfit reminiscent of the twenties. Particularly noteworthy is the singer, Pinned in which one has that he is fully into it put into its role ("Dear audience!"), and drummer who has ever shaken just a minute long solo from the sleeve. Also Battlelore rocked off well.
Since there are now pouring rain, then we trotted back to the tent, to bring us next to a strengthening of the garbage bags. Nebel said that she had bought extra yet which - as it turned out, there were only 20-liter bag, which plants will also skin-tight ... xD The parts looked like breastplate, where exactly in the middle ein riesiges „Der gelbe Sack" prangte. Nun ja... x) In diesem gewagten Outfit ging es zurück zum Festivalgelände, um Epica anzuschauen, die einen tollen Auftritt ablieferten und mich vollkommen überzeugten. Den Abschluss an diesem Abend bildeten Unheilig und der Co-Headliner Schandmaul , die das Festivalgelände brechend füllten. Aber zu der Band muss ich sowieso nicht mehr viel schreiben, es war mein sechstes Konzert und ich finde es total schade, dass sie erst wieder 2011 auftreten werden. Aber dafür winkt ein gigantisches Album. :) Der Weg zum Zelt erwies sich später als überraschend straightforward, where then was again fired up the grill, leave it to finish off the night.
11th July, Saturday - "And when the crowd's on fire"
The last festival day dawned much too quickly and before we knew it, we were again in front of the stage to the appearance of AOK . to-follow Peter: "They are awesome, we need to look at all costs." NaIO, somehow had something. x) During the gig the band and the audience threw each other heads of cabbage, slices of toast and other things around the ears while them to songs like "Pop (p) song", "meat sticks" and "flashes in Wallachia" rocking out. I think everyone should have seen at least once. * Grin * must Then it went back to the tent where several people have stumbled against 17 clock around and have later been completely different things, which I will not go into at this point. x) 'After a chilled-"lunch" we pulled it all clean Tankard where we could party hard - just like Korpiklaani that followed thereafter. Both bands are also part of my highlights, according to their Performances, I was so done, that Peter and I Grave Digger only watched from a distance, while enjoying a cool Met. But, huh, which also rocked clean off. :) Man, so many great bands in a heap. ;) * G *
But the neck muscles did not come to rest, because Arch Enemy turned on fully and robbed me pretty much the last reserves of strength. "Threshold", wohoo! Then I met up with Vicky and Axel Metstand while fog somewhere before dark stage won a place in the front rows, because now ASP stood in the wings. We looked the spectacle from behind and locked inside a little bit off with his coat resin, since we headlined the festival, which was still to come, do not know. While the Gothrock so delivered should their program, I went to the waffle stand (Woah, have breakfast rarely so tasty waffles: D), where he arrived to talk with someone who was looking forward to the next totally Act: WASP " The one should not miss, that's a true rock legend! "That makes me curious, so I decided to Axel and reinzulauschen spontaneously, sometimes in one song and decide on whether we have the tent or remains. And what can I say, the first song haute me so blown away that we still looked almost the entire gig. :) Fantastic Hard Rock, including minute-long guitar solos. Honestly, what more could you want? ;) * G *
still thrilled we returned to the tents and let the evening end comfortably ("Please come closer to the grill, as it is not so cold also burns one of them had been no ... Ouch! "). I was however disappointed by the following two bands, Troll and anger. The former was still at least the guy with the tambourine a certain style factor, but overall it sounded rather flat. Maybe it was also at the Soundabmischung, but because I had expected more.

I am anyway a fan of bands that hammer out a metal with classical instruments sound quality, but here also came up in an outfit reminiscent of the twenties. Particularly noteworthy is the singer, Pinned in which one has that he is fully into it put into its role ("Dear audience!"), and drummer who has ever shaken just a minute long solo from the sleeve. Also Battlelore rocked off well.
Since there are now pouring rain, then we trotted back to the tent, to bring us next to a strengthening of the garbage bags. Nebel said that she had bought extra yet which - as it turned out, there were only 20-liter bag, which plants will also skin-tight ... xD The parts looked like breastplate, where exactly in the middle ein riesiges „Der gelbe Sack" prangte. Nun ja... x) In diesem gewagten Outfit ging es zurück zum Festivalgelände, um Epica anzuschauen, die einen tollen Auftritt ablieferten und mich vollkommen überzeugten. Den Abschluss an diesem Abend bildeten Unheilig und der Co-Headliner Schandmaul , die das Festivalgelände brechend füllten. Aber zu der Band muss ich sowieso nicht mehr viel schreiben, es war mein sechstes Konzert und ich finde es total schade, dass sie erst wieder 2011 auftreten werden. Aber dafür winkt ein gigantisches Album. :) Der Weg zum Zelt erwies sich später als überraschend straightforward, where then was again fired up the grill, leave it to finish off the night.
11th July, Saturday - "And when the crowd's on fire"
The last festival day dawned much too quickly and before we knew it, we were again in front of the stage to the appearance of AOK . to-follow Peter: "They are awesome, we need to look at all costs." NaIO, somehow had something. x) During the gig the band and the audience threw each other heads of cabbage, slices of toast and other things around the ears while them to songs like "Pop (p) song", "meat sticks" and "flashes in Wallachia" rocking out. I think everyone should have seen at least once. * Grin * must Then it went back to the tent where several people have stumbled against 17 clock around and have later been completely different things, which I will not go into at this point. x) 'After a chilled-"lunch" we pulled it all clean Tankard where we could party hard - just like Korpiklaani that followed thereafter. Both bands are also part of my highlights, according to their Performances, I was so done, that Peter and I Grave Digger only watched from a distance, while enjoying a cool Met. But, huh, which also rocked clean off. :) Man, so many great bands in a heap. ;) * G *
But the neck muscles did not come to rest, because Arch Enemy turned on fully and robbed me pretty much the last reserves of strength. "Threshold", wohoo! Then I met up with Vicky and Axel Metstand while fog somewhere before dark stage won a place in the front rows, because now ASP stood in the wings. We looked the spectacle from behind and locked inside a little bit off with his coat resin, since we headlined the festival, which was still to come, do not know. While the Gothrock so delivered should their program, I went to the waffle stand (Woah, have breakfast rarely so tasty waffles: D), where he arrived to talk with someone who was looking forward to the next totally Act: WASP " The one should not miss, that's a true rock legend! "That makes me curious, so I decided to Axel and reinzulauschen spontaneously, sometimes in one song and decide on whether we have the tent or remains. And what can I say, the first song haute me so blown away that we still looked almost the entire gig. :) Fantastic Hard Rock, including minute-long guitar solos. Honestly, what more could you want? ;) * G *
still thrilled we returned to the tents and let the evening end comfortably ("Please come closer to the grill, as it is not so cold also burns one of them had been no ... Ouch! "). Renko and Martin also honored us for a while before most turned into bed. Then it was about 6 clock Lachflash incomming: x) "

She wanted to share her joy over losing 12 lb and complained that her husband had looked at them and said: "And where's the difference?". Then he had lookd again and said: "Right, on the first one you have more feminine curves."
I will NOT comment that I thought exactly the same ... 'cause, you know, that would be mean. I did not know when I came here today that this would happen. I mean, I knew I would be here, I mean the part with my mother. I would like to thank Meryl Streep and all that you have spoken so eloquently about them.
I am today evening surrounded by people of extraordinary courage. I do own one or two about courage, because I once read a book in which courage and it seemed really sounds like a lot of work, so I'll just continue writing. I write ... the most creative (?) (The most Creatist thing?) I've ever done is called a "press junket" (Promo Tour?), Which is actually pretty brave, believe me, because over and over and over and over and over and over and over again the same questions get asked. I made this up to 48 interviews a day and they are not new questions.
There is a question that I get asked almost every time I was interviewed. So I thought, tonight I share with you a question and some my answers. Because when you're asked something five hundred times, you start to really think about the answer.
Okay, so now I'm going to the reporter. It will be an amazing transformation.
- So, Joss, I, the reporter knew, like, why do you always write these strong female characters.
- I think it's up to my mother. She was an incredibly inspiring, strong, cool, sexy, funny woman and this is the kind of woman with whom I have always surrounded me, my friends, especially my wife, who is not only wiser and stronger than me, but sometimes larger - but only sometimes larger - and I think it all goes back to my mother.
- So, Joss, why do you write these strong female characters?
- Because of my father. My father and my stepfather had a lot to do with it because they appreciated spirit and determination more than anything in the women with whom they were together, and they were among the few men who understand that to acknowledge one's strength does not reduce your own.
When I created Buffy, I wanted to create a female icon, but I was also because they be surrounded by men who not only have no problem with the idea of a female leader, but raised from the idea and even attracted . Feel That came from these men [father and step-father] that this man [pointing to himself], created in turn, these men [the men of the Buffyverse] designed.
- So, why do you create them, as they say, women - I mean, we are now in Europe, so it is international, I just do not know where - these strong women characters?
- because these stories give people power. I've heard from different people and even felt this way and it's not just women like this, but also men. It's not what we strive for should, it is a necessity. Equality is like gravity. We need to stand out as men and women on this earth. And the misogyny that is in every culture, not a true part is the condicio humana. There is life out of balance, and this Imbalance drawn something from the soul of every man who is confronted with it.
We need equality. about now.

I have an acquaintance who got divorced from her first husband decades ago. Some time ago she married another guy. Because her first marriage had been valid under Catholic law, the only way she would have been able to get her second marriage licitly blessed by her church would have been to have the first one anulled. She refused to do that because, as she said, when she made that first marriage vow she MEANT it, and she would not have someone declare that the marriage they had HAD did not exist.
She has the right to choose this. Why should not other people be allowed the same choice?

On Monday it was my turn with the group lead. I had time to create a custom solution sketch, but read only the solution of the case book and looked up a few things. In the AG, the difference became clear to me - I was prepared for much worse than the two hours before, in which I had created in each case completely defined solutions.
The case was "laserdrome" from the casebook of Degenhart. The solution there is decent but not perfect - I made them really but only in an hour than the other two critical questions were asked.
Next time I make another independent solution map (of course, the given solution-oriented).

Finally, a feedback session is pretty meaningless if not able to express all group members. After all, it looks now as if we were to some extent we agree. We have for example, decided to get up to next Monday to consider the plan again AG if he makes so much sense. I have noticed one thing that should change what we, and indeed we have provided relatively late again fundamental rights, MMN too late and too little. I would propose that the hour of 9 February, provided on the fundamental rights equal rights need to be amended, in speech and freedom of assembly (or so), because the fundamental rights equal rights seem to me a little less important, and especially the proposed there on "Justice as lawful judge" was coming on Monday already in laserdrome- case before.

My brother gave me for Christmas a coupon for the new edition of Detterbeck "General administrative law with administrative procedural law."
The new edition was announced for January / February and I have extra push my learning plan so that I start administrative law until the end of February. Now I was yesterday in the bookstore to the exact release date to ask. Well, was postponed to the end of March! Very annoying, this
I consider now the development phase, push out something and the end of January first to make the repetition / well AT criminal law. I wanted to anyway sometime in the spring / summer (ie April / May / June) and could do prefer it now. That would fit in that I've signed up for the juxhalber Midterm Exam Criminal Law II. I could do well AT and incidentally also soon learn the exam material. That might be okay.
Nevertheless, it is annoying that the publishers are so unreliable with their information.
This and next week I read "Civil Law" by Medicus. 'm Hard enthusiastic. The style is to read very well. I like that he takes his mind in I-shape and I am grateful that it reflects almost no laws. So I suggest to just, if I do not know what is in a standard, that's much better than it ever get forced to regurgitate.
I am now reading the book only that, within a period of two weeks very comfortable. Later I will again work through thoroughly.
