Funny Shit To Write About Me

Joulu

Terve!

As you might have heard, I am on 2 January become a father.
our son is doing well. He and Minna still in hospital and I will take both off tomorrow, Saturday.

The next entry I'm on it again award more detail.

In this entry I will talk about my Christmas experience in Finland.
Because Finland is so as the home of Santa Claus, it's not very far-fetched that Christmas (in Finland "Joulu" is named) deep-rooted in Finnish culture. Even December is here in Finland the Christmas month (Joulukuu). On
Samsteg, 22 December, we took the train to Ylivieska where we were picked up by Minna's stepfather. On 23 December, we drove to Oulu to Minna's brother to pick up. On the evening of 23 December is traditionally the Christmas ham (Kinku) put in the oven. We had all Kinku 13kg, plus at the 10 kg reindeer (porro).

While in Germany, the traditional holiday meal on 25 takes place in Finland as early as 24 getischt. It must be said that all three days is almost eaten only. On the morning of 24 Rice pudding is eaten. In rice, an almond is hidden. Those who find him, the will in the following year his luck hold. After the rice was eaten, is the preparing of the other 1000 (exaggerated) Dine going on. Fortunately, in Minna's family speziallisiert on meat. Besides the meat, there were potatoes, fish and salads. In traditional Finnish Joulumahl there are Rossoli (ne type of salad with pickled cucumbers, carrots, beetroot, eggs, onions and apples), Maksalaatikko (Live Rauf run with cranberry), Porkkanalaatikko (carrots casserole), Lanttulaatikko (turnip casserole) and many other dishes.

Before we started eating, we visited the savusauna (smoke sauna) in the garden.
After dinner got really Joulupukki (Santa Claus) and distributed gifts. Properly afterwards happy get-together began with a great deal!! Alcohol. In Finland Christmas awful lot of drinking. Minna Stiefdad looked at me funny when I do not drink beer anymore.

I gave Minna's mom and her stepfather ne Shisha for Christmas, then we smoked at night (approximately by 2 clock) then out ne shisha. It was warm to -15 ° C.

spent the rest of Christmas, we drive around with boring and pointless mitn car. We visited some friends and ate the rest of the Christmas Males.
